Shirley Kuschke (Barloworld Toyota, Kuilsrivier)
Shirley has two major passions in her life: helping people from all walks of life and her 28-year-old son who is a Type 1 Diabetic and who she has brought up as a single parent.
She describes herself as being very goal-oriented and has always set herself certain goals to achieve. “Being a single parent is challenging, and I therefore wanted to ensure that I was financially independent and wanted to set up my son for a bright future,” she says.
She is a Toyota Knight, which means she is not only a successful sales executive, she is also very involved in community projects.
She waxes lyrical about all the charities she supports is always arranging major fund-raising events, such as golf days and evenings at the Barnyard Theatre.
She raises funds for various charities, including Huis Jabes, Bedisa, the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and the Purple Hearts Foundation.
She loves cooking and hopes to entertain her son and new daughter-in-law often (they are getting married soon!) and cannot wait for the grandchildren to arrive...
